She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Kemplin and Marilyn Faye Skidmore (Gose); and her sister Jana Kemplin. She is survived by: her sister Tracey Comer (Mike); and her pet Zen.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gebhart-Schmidt-Parrarmore Funeral Home (508 E Linden Ave, Miamisburg, OH 45342). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice and the American Cancer Society.
