She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mahaffey and Louise George Mahaffey; her nephew David Adams; her niece Kimberly Adams; and her grandmother Vina George.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Tillinghast (Bill) of Centerville, Ohio and Chris Cook (Stacy) of Broadview Heights, Ohio; her siblings, Charles Mahaffey (Clida) of Lebanon, Ohio, Mary Ruth Adams of Hillsboro and Judi Creeger of Wilmington, Ohio; her grandchildren, Hilary Farmer (Justin), Alexy Cook (Michael Ley) and Sophia Cook; her great grandchild Nolan Farmer; and her nieces and nephews, Tony Adams (Barb), Vickie Warnock (Darrell), Jason Creeger (Elaine), Emmalee Smith and Lori Cassner (Brian).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Funeral Home (327 N South St, Wilmington, OH 45177). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
