He was predeceased by: his son David M. Beal, II. He is survived by: his wife Karen Beal (Evans) of Centerville; his daughters, Melissa Beal Beyerlein (Tom), Melanie Beal Marks (Eugene) and Amy Beal Hanselman (Chris); and his sister Joyce Leeds (Fred). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dave's name to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, 45420 or to a charity of your choice.
