He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Steele and Alice L. Steele (Ferryman); and his brother-in-law John Mell. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Steele (McGonagle); his children, Elizabeth Bishop (Kyle), Leslie Hall (Joshua) and Mark Steele (Sierra); his sister Donna Mell; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Caleb, Riley, Nora and Paisley.
