He was predeceased by: his father Larry K. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Anne Smith; his wife Nicki Smith; his stepfather Frank McCullough; his brother Rick Smith (Yvette); his niece Bella Smith; and his pet Vega. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
