He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaetano Carfagno and Maria Carfagno (Defina); and his wife Alice Carfagno. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Schertzer (Norbert) and Mike Carfagno (Megan); and his grandchildren, Tamara Deaton (Barry), Nicole Mazzola (Scott) and Evan Carfagno. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Westbrock Funeral Home- Kettering (5980 Bigger Rd, Kettering, OH 45440). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of the Incarnation (7415 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45459).
