She was predeceased by: her parents, Partricia Berkely (Hamilton) and Clyde Berkely; and her nephews, Jerry Todd Howard and Billy Howard. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Brent Althaus; her sons, Clyde Douglas Gray, David Jason Gray (Chanel) and Adam Sprauer (Alexis); her stepchildren, James, Elise Althaus and Matthew Christopher Sprauer Jr.; her granddaughters, Hayley, Mackenzie, Adrianna, Angela Gray, Courtney and Taylor Gray; and her sisters, Carol, Donna and Marretta-Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Suicide Prevention.
