She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Middleton (Mark) of Centerville, OH. and Karen Duray (Jeffery); her grandchildren, Caleb, Diana, Zachary, Sofia and Zoe; her great grandchild Adelyn; her stepgrandchildren, Carey, Cathleen and Kimberly; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Seth, Elli, Emma and Grace.

Donation in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Diabetes Association, the American Cancer Society and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
