She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Strasser and Dorothy Strasser; her husband Dennis Kromer; her siblings, Don Strasser and Barb Luzio; and her pets, Shelley, Kelly, Molly and Luke.

She is survived by: her close friend Gary Brashears; her siblings-in-law, Opal Strasser and Dennis Luzio; her stepson Nick Kromer; her nephew Bryan Strasser (Amy); her nieces, Alicia Bradshaw (Greg), April Staton (Robert), Heather Stone (Paul) and Michelle Groves (Andy); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lizzie, Damon, Derek, Deacon, Liam and Dylan.

The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face mask will be worn in all public places.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carol's memory to St. Jude or any animal organization of your choice.
