He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Paul Eugene. He is survived by: his wife Susan Newcomb; his children, Jacob Quincy (Krista Isaacs), Carly Hansen (Andrew) and Jon Newlie (Brynna); his grandchildren, Clayton, Bennett and Olivia; his mother-in-law Marian Jones; his siblings, Douglas Newcomb (Edith), Paula McClellan (Keith) and Roger Newcomb (Debbie); and his siblings-in-law, Michael Jones, Jeff Jones (Barbara) and Jennifer Jones (John Allen).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the United Church of Christ's Join the Movement campaign to initiate anti-racism work in the UCC.
