With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Basil E. Crews of Centerville, Ohio, who passed away on February 27, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil M. Crews and Laura Marie Crews (Lilly); his wife Maude Ellen Crews (Crump); his brothers, Chester Crews and Bobby Crews; and his brother-in-law Robert Terry.

He is survived by: his son Basil "Pete" Crews; his grandchildren, Stormie Crews (David Gloeckner II) and Braxton Crews; and his sisters, Edith Brewer (Jim) and Wanda Terry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
