She was predeceased by: her sister Joan Wolfe; and her brother-in-law Edward Wolfe. She is survived by: her spouse Richard W. Bair; and her children, Cherol A. Koch (Richard) of Dayton, OH and Robert C. Bair (Lisa) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, it was Barbara's wish that memorial contributions be made to the First Wesleyan Church 89 S. Walnut Street Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
