Arlene B. Kleptz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene B. Kleptz of Centerville, Ohio, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arlene B. Kleptz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles F. "Chic" Kleptz; her parents, Wilfred Bouchard and Helen Bouchard (Hughes); and her brother Wilfred Bouchard Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Marthann Heil (Jerry), Tom Kleptz (Melissa), Tim Kleptz (Michelle) and Marybeth Kleptz; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Lauren, Alex, Charlie, Jamie, Clara, Nick, Carrie Beth, Maddie of Jonnie, CJ and Nathan; her great grandchildren, Colton, Landon, Adison, Callahan and Hazeleigh; and her sister Arlys Alm of McHenry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
