She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Carl Woodson and Delpha McVay Goodson Tiber; her husband Marvin Dean "Bud" Parker; her stepfather Albert Tiber; and her sisters, Norma Jean Kasserman and Peggy Parker.
She is survived by: her son Dean Parker (Julia Ann) of Centerville; and her grandsons, Matthew Parker, Eric Parker (Emily) and Andrew Parker (Cameron Fracasso).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Toothman Funeral Home (49484 Jacobsburg Key Rd, Jacobsburg, OH 43933). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Centerville Senior Center and the Smith Township Volunteer Fire Dept.
