He was predeceased by: his sisters, Peggy and Carol; and his parents, Ruth and William Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Rick, Linda Lamme, Sharon Sims, Gabrielle Henderson and Kathi Thompson. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
