He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby C. Stevens and Anna Stevens (Davidson); his wife Ruth Stevens; his daughter Sheila LeMaster; his son-in-law Keith LeMaster; and his siblings, Larry Stevens, Bobby Stevens, Jenny Sue Nicholson and Catherine Earl.
He is survived by: his son Chuck Stevens (Linda); his grandchildren, Jennifer LeMaster-Senz (John), Emily Stevens and Jackson Stevens; his great grandchild Trevor LeMaster (Destiny); and his great great grandchild Wesson LeMaster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
