With solemn reverence, we commemorate Sally J. Albrecht of Centerburg, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, whose life came to an end on January 28, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Evangelist Frederick A. Albrecht Sr. of Centerburg; her parents, Ernest L. Paynter and Jeannette Paynter; her siblings, Ernest L. Paynter Jr., Donald "Butch" Paynter, Pat Norris and Phyllis Willard of Zanesville; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Albrecht (Young).
She is survived by: her children, Frederick Albrecht Jr. (Sandy), Daniel Albrecht (Cammie), Denise Melvin (Dave) and Dean Albrecht (Jennifer); her sisters, Jane Untied of Frazeysburg and June Lacy of Dresden; and her brother-in-law Walter Albrecht (Rose). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Centerburg Church of Christ (3830 Columbus Rd, Centerburg, OH 43011). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Many days she worked as a beautician, donating her time and cutting hair for many of the members in the church and those who just needed help or a friendly ear to talk to.
