She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Altizer, Jr. and Rita Mae Altizer (Pendergrass); and her brother Guy Altizer. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Burson; her sons, Kelly Burson (Jess) and Kevin Burson (Jess); her grandchildren, Layne, Bryer, Ivy, Chloe, Courtney and Scottie; and her siblings, James Hess (Chris), Ira Altizer, Rudy Altizer, Lisa Stooksbury (Bob) and Hope Messmer (John).
