He was predeceased by: his father William Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Betty Yough (Smith); his children, Karen Fowler (Thom) and Chuck Yough (Laura); his grandchildren, Dr. Massey Fowler, Josh Yough and Lynden Yough; and his siblings, Cloyd Yough and Carol Jeanine Yoakam.
