She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald M. Hulse and Ruth C. Hulse (Dowden); her husband Paul "Rex" Altizer; and her brothers, Phillip and Merle Hulse.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Stanley Altizer (Nancy), Cheryl Altizer, Treva Gabriel (Ken), David Altizer (Brenda) and Ryan Altizer (Heather); and her siblings, Larry Hulse (Louise), Calvin Hulse (Janet) and Diann Argentiero (Don). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
