He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lloyd, Alice Ross and Ray Jacob; and his uncle Tom Ross. He is survived by: his parents, John E. Jacob and Bethany Wenell; his siblings, ReAnnan Griffith and Andrew Jacob (Abby Davis); and his cousin Thomas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Centerburg Church of Christ (3830 Columbus Rd, Centerburg, OH 43011). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Centerburg Church of Christ in Johnny's memory.
