He is survived by: his wife Linda LaFever; his children, Kimberly Sayers (Ronald) of Greenville, NC and John David LaFever Jr. (Kate) of Mount Gilead, OH; his brothers, Jerry LaFaver of Mount Gilead, OH, Jim LaFever of Cardington, OH and Jeff LaFever of Fredericktown, OH; his grandchildren, Ian Sayers, Mason Sayers, Collin Sayers, Carlos Witherspoon, Austin LaFever (Courtney), Allie LaFever and Cash LaFever; and his great grandchild Oakleigh LaFever.
