She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Hayden Chapman and Dorothy Bone Chapman; her husband Phyl; and her siblings, Eleanor Phelps, Joann Richards, Charma Tucker and Peter Hayden Chapman II.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllip Bradley "Brad" Huffman, Julie Burke (Ron) and Jeana Haines (Jim Mahoney); her sisters, Carol Evans (John) and Beth Murphy; her grandchildren, Sarah, Andrew, Bronwyn, Heather, Hannah, Hayden and Kelsyn; and her great grandchildren, James, Lily Jean, Jackson, Campbell, Amelia Jean and Julian. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
