He was predeceased by: his wife Patty Ann; and his parents, Thelma and Ward. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristen Berk (Christopher) and Karin Bergman; his grandchildren, Avery and Britton Berk; and his brother Jim Bergman (Claudia).
