It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Louise Lehman of Celina, Ohio, born in Saint Marys, Ohio, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert J. Otte and Lenore C. Otte (Barhorst); her husband David L. Lehman; and her brother Jim Otte. She is survived by: her children, Kyle Lehman (Jessica) of Celina, OH and Shannon Lehman of Broadview Heights, OH; her stepdaughter Lisa Etgen (Jeff) of Ft. Jennings, OH; her siblings, Judy Short (Tedd) of Minster, OH, Janet Campbell of Beavercreek, OH, Jerry Otte (Peg) of Maria Stein, OH and Annette Kremer (Tom) of New Weston, OH; her sister-in-law Carol Otte of Centerville; her grandchildren, Sydney, Corbin and Bryer Lehman; and her stepgrandchildren, Ashlie and Alyssa Cox.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (48 N Hanover St, Minster, OH 45865).
Memorials to honor Sylvia may be made to the American Cancer Society.
