She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul M. Schaffner and Eva Schaffner (Marbaugh); her former husband Gail Tice; her son Jack Tice; and her siblings, Roland Marbaugh (Carm), Jim Schaffner (Ann), George Schaffner, John Schaffner (Ann), Phyliss Roose (Roy), Ruth Smalley (Lee), Monica Schaffner, Martha Jarrett (Bill) and Rachael Smalley (Clay).
She is survived by: her daughters, Jill Tice of Columbus and Jane Bishop of Columbus; her daughter-in-law Linda Tice of Convoy; her siblings, Paul Schaffner (Sharon) of Galion, Ohio, William "Robin" Schaffner (Laure) of Cookeville, Tennessee, Francis Schaffner (Sandy) of Rockford and Eleanor Blubaugh of Willshire; her sister-in-law Marlene Schaffner of Willshire; her grandchildren, Troy Tice (Laurie) of Decatur, Michael Bigelow of Reno, Kyle Tice, Peter Tice (Joanna) of Bethesda and Tina Tice of Decatur; and her husband Gerald Hildbold. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Cisco Funeral Home - Celina (6921 State Rte 703, Celina, OH 45822). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
