He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence E. and Mary Michael Sr. (Mihm); his wife Paula May; his sister Mary Ann; and his brothers-in-law, John Harris and Dave Bigham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melinda Warthman of Dayton and Kristi Bennett (Jim) of Russells Point; his grandchildren, Mariell Mueller (Nick), Maggie Warthman and James Bennett; and his sister Connie Bigham of Rockford.
