He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Ballinger and Catherine Ballinger (Curry); his wife Charlene M. Ballinger (Wurster); his sister Doris Maras; and his siblings-in-law, John Maras, Larry Sapp and Kay Ballinger.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Beckstedt (Gary), Celina and Kelly Stover (Rod); his grandchildren, Brandi Bruns (Chad), Lindsey Wise (Brent), Tyler Stover (Kathryn), Trey Stover (Sheena) and Lana Beckstedt; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Brittyn, Madelyn, Jaxson, Evelyn, Anderson, KJae, Hadley, Sayler, Blakesley, McKinley, Coy and Cora; his siblings, Linda Sapp and Ted Ballinger; and his sister-in-law Beverly Hawk (John).
