He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glenn Pontsler and Marcile Pontsler (Clouse); his siblings, Tim Pontsler (Julia) of Jefferson, GA and Tammy Dietsch of Mansfield, OH; his nephew Seth (Amanda Kohnen) of Rockford; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Micah and Maylee Kohnen.
