He is survived by: his children, Brian Neeley (Leanna) of Riverside, OH, Kerrie Moulton (Donald) of Savannah, TN, Terrie Huffman of Wapakoneta, OH, Tyler Anthony of St. Marys, OH, Kayla Neeley of St. Marys, OH, Breanna Neeley (Bob Tomaszewski) of Wapakoneta, OH and Kyra Overley (Lance) of Gravel Switch, KY; and his siblings, Robin Griggs of Decatur, IN, Darrell Gage of Cape Girardeau, MO, Trish Wann of Poteau, OK and Linda Mac Ness (Janice Karsten) of Battle Creek, MI.
