He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert H. Kuhn and Viola F. Kuhn (Bollenbacher); his siblings, Gerald Kuhn, Robert Kuhn (Marie), Orville "Bud" Kuhn (Joy), Carol Jean Graves and Dorothy Rupert (Don); his siblings-in-law, Vera Kuhn and Paul Hays; and his great grandchild Trinity Elaine Fuson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann "Pat" White; his children, Sherri Grant (Jack) of St. Marys, Daniel Kuhn (Tatiana) of Bowling Green and Darren Kuhn of Palm Springs, CA.; his grandchildren, Brittani Tinklenberg (Mark) of Columbus, Brooke Roberts of Celina, Kayla Mobley of St. Marys, Nikolas Kuhn of Bowling Green, Taylor Grant of Cincinnati, Riley Grant of St. Marys and Payton Grant of St. Marys; his great grandchildren, Brycen, Braxton, Koltyn, Brynlee and Kamden; and his siblings, Vernon Kuhn of Rockford and Delilah "Beck" Hays of Rockford.
