He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McNeilan and Cozy McNeilan (Blackburn); and his siblings, Harry McNeilan, Richard McNeilan Jr., Joe McNeilan and Anna Ruth Gaffin.
He is survived by: his children, David McNeilan (Laura) and Jerry McNeilan (Kim Davis); his grandchildren, Joel Trisel (Emily) of Celina, Austin Trisel (Bri) of Celina, Carly Hamrick (Hunter) of Rockford, Zoe McNeilan (Max Siefring) and Chloe McNeilan-Forwerck (Brady); his great grandchild Emra Trisel of Celina; and his siblings, Kenny McNeilan (Beth), Rosella Young, Hazel Grant (Ed), Alice Ennis (Mike), Judith McNeilan and Sandi DeWan (Robert) of California.
