With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvin Dano Donovan of Celina, Ohio, who passed away on February 9, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alvin Dano Donovan to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Donovan and Elsie Donovan (Davis); his wife Dorothy Lee Donovan (Collins); and his grandsons, Darrell and Tim Donovan.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Donovan of Fostoria, Vondell Lusk (Steve) of Celina, Kelly Donovan of Greensboro, Dana Donovan (Diane) of Celina, Dean Donovan (Carol) of Celina, Dano Donovan Jr. of Springfield and Christina Donovan of Celina. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; as well as seven step-siblings.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mercer Memory Gardens.
