He was predeceased by: his mother Caroline Warren; his sister Ruby Hunter; and his in-laws, Oscar and Nadine Schonscheck. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Janice Supplee (Ed) of Cedarville, Ohio, Cheryl Brugel (Steve) of Grand Rapids, Michigan, David (Michelle) of Denver and Mark Warren (Darcie) of Huber Heights, Ohio; his grandson Ben Supplee (McKenna); his children, Matthew (Madeline), Lia, Elli, Janae Brugel, Sydney, Alec (Franny), William Warren, Noah, Molly, Sadie, Emma and Ezra Warren; his sisters, Helen, Rosemary Miskelly of Detroit and Caroline Smith of Albuquerque; and his siblings-in-law, Dave and Marlene Gaffner of Cedarville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
