He was predeceased by: his great-nephew Kayelub Lemaster; his sister Sherry Garrison; and his aunt Faye Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, Tony Kelly of Cedarville, Cynthia Kelly Smith of Fairborn and Deletha Kelly Stevens of Xenia; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Garrison of King George, Virginia, Shauna Hernandez of Dayton, Shane Garrison of Wahiawa, Bettina Lemaster of Dayton, David Stevens, Jr. of Sandyhook, Johnny Stevens of Morehead, Jered Stevens of Sandyhook and Laccie Smith of Fairborn. He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and extended family.
