She was predeceased by: her husband Henry H. Sassen; and her daughter Beverly. She is survived by: her children, John (Marsha) of Clifton, Roger (Masae) of Japan and LuCinda (Tim) of Cedarville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jackson Lytle and Lewis Funeral Home (322 Xenia Ave, Yellow Springs, OH 45387). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to the Greene County Public Library Foundation or Friends Care Center, Circle of Friends.
