He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, H. Thomas Harner and Lula Harner (Boots); his wife Diane Weber Harner; his children, Arlynne Stroman, Todd Harner, Amy Webb (Kevin), Chris Fugate, Steve Fugate (Trina) and Tracy Lovitt (Jamie); his sisters, Janet Hartzell and Jeanette MacMillon (John); and his close friends, Jake and Macy. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; as well as numerous cousins and many friends.
