She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Smith and Irene B. Smith (Johnson); her siblings, Doris Marie Smith and James David Smith; and her great-nephew Tyler Phillips.
She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret Smith and John Smith; her niece Jocelyn Smith (Jerry Ferrell); and her great-nephew Alex Ferrell.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cedarville North Cemetery (501 N Main St, Cedarville, OH 45314).
