He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Loraine (Lorance) and Anthony Stanley Czerniak; and his brothers, Jeffrey and James Czerniak. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne K. Czerniak (Fennell); his children, Paul Allen Czerniak (Andrea) of Danville, Indiana, Robert Bruce Czerniak (Jennifer) of Cedarville and Dawn Rachelle Anderson (Ray); his brothers, Michael (Hernie) of Casper, WY and Daniel (Karin) of Kansas City, MO; and his sister-in-law Nancy Czerniak of Branson, MO. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
