She was predeceased by: her husband Tennis E. Lewis; her mother Lula Hale; her siblings, Ruby Ketter, Bob Hale, Anna LaPrade and Rex Hale; her grandson Jason Randall Lewis; and her friend Doris Jarrell.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Newell (Lamar), Pam Taylor (Don), Randy Lewis (Jackie) and Tana Long; and her grandchildren, Emily Tassin (Chad), Andrew Taylor (Dani), Anne Nelson (Jason), Alexander Taylor (Christa), Sean Hunter, Amanda Alexander (Jason), Amy Lovely (Brian), Casey Long (Bobbie) and Dustin Long. She is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren.
