She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Ford and Leland Odessa Duffee (McGinnis); her husband Jay Dee Womack; her children, Mark Womack (Amy) of Cedarville, Carla LeMaster (Todd) of Jamestown and Marcia Womack of Churubusco, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Amber Begley (Broc), Katelyn Syx, Aubrey Carlson (Alex), Samuel LeMaster (Lauren), Alison Beach (Ryan), Mason, Mallory Sphar, Braden, Harper, Savannah Begley, Carter Syx, Kennedy, Calvin Carlson, Jay and Devin LeMaster; and her sisters, Donna Duffee of Lees Summit and Vickie Johnson (Tim) of Jamestown.
