It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Scott Pollock of Cedarville, Ohio, born in Xenia, Ohio, who passed away on August 18, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse J. Pollock; his grandparents, James, Launa Kinser, Raymond and Mary Pollock; and his uncles, Pete, Kenny Pollock and James R. Kinser.

He is survived by: his mother Brenda Pollock (Kinser); his wife April (Amyx); his son Declan; his brother Kevin C. (Robin Trimbach) of Cedarville; his parents-in-law, Danny and Karen Amyx of Beavercreek; his sister-in-law Erika DeBorde (Jamie) of Centerville; and his nieces and nephews, Addisyn, Braylin DeBorde, Sydney, Paige, Roman, Kobe, Alissa, Zada and Zakai.
