He is survived by: his wife Vicky Sue Mapes; his children, Shawn Hull (Renee) of Cecil, OH, Christina Padrutt (Jason) of Marengo, OH, Matthew Hull (Teresa Osborn) of Paulding, OH and Suzanne Villareal (Jonathon) of Sherwood, OH.; and his siblings, Pricilla Merriman (Chuck) of Edgerton, OH, Patricia Hull of Hicksville, OH, Perry (Julie), Philbert Hull of Cecil, OH and Karl Hull (Deb) of Antwerp, OH..
