It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward C. McCreery II of Cecil, Ohio, who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Edward leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McCreery and Bonnie McCreery (Wilson); and his brother David McCreery. He is survived by: his wife Delores "Dodie" (Gill); his children, Bonnie McCreery and Jonathon McCreery (Heather VanWagner); and his brother Richard "Dick" McCreery. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; & 11 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Dooley Funeral Home (202 E River St, Antwerp, OH 45813). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
