He is survived by: his parents, Efigenio Alvarado and Antonia Alvarado (Rodriguez); his children, Sara Henry (Roger) of Defiance, Janie Alvarado (Shea Sexton) of Defiance, Guadalupe Sommer (Jeff), Anita Alvarado, Paula Muncy (Haskell) of Cecil, OH, Thomas Alvarado (Mary Flores) of Defiance, David Alvarado (Kim) of Defiance and Francisco Alvarado of Defiance; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren.
