He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Addis; his children, Karen Harris (Gary) and Arlie "Bud" Addis, Jr. (Heather); and his sisters, Carol Jean Moehn, Zoie Taylor and Virginia Purdin (Jerry). He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
