He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Jean Frisbee; his parents, Ralph Frisbee and Lela Frisbee; and his sisters, Thelma Meeks and Juanita Dalton.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael Frisbee, Randy Frisbee (Michele) and James Frisbee (Kimberlee); and his sister Elsie Redmon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
