With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas R. Puchalski of Castalia, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on June 12, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Puchalski and Robert Puchalski. He is survived by: his wife Carol Puchalski (Payne); his children, Sarah Bruni, Bethany Killian, Joel Puchalski and Jared Puchalski (Ashley); his stepsons, Andrew Henney (Carrie), Matthew Henney of Battle Creek, MI and Daniel Henney; his grandchildren, Jayce, Benjamin, William, Jordyn, Kaitlyn, Madisyn, Emma and Quinn; his stepgrandsons, Dane and Carson; his sister Sue Pullano (Rand); his nieces, Heather Highfield (Bruce) and Brynn Richter (Marty); and his nephew Brian Bohn (Allison).
