He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leo and Dolores Ann Joiner (Kromer). He is survived by: his children, Kristi L. Puckrin and Brandon L. Joiner (Sieara); his grandchildren, Addilynn, Wyatt Puckrin, Jace and Jocelyn Joiner; and his siblings, Kim Hermes (Tom) and Gary Joiner (Debra) of Sandusky.
