It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Matter of Castalia, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell "Boots" and Mary Maley (Vanzant); her husband Eldon "Al" Matter; her daughter Debra "Susie" Scott; her brother Eugene Stookey; and her granddaughter Tami Scott.
She is survived by: her son Steven L. Matter; her son-in-law Terry Scott; her granddaughter Traci Beaverson (Brad); and her great grandchildren, Riley and Skylar Beaverson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 203 S. Washington St., Castalia, OH 44824, Margaretta Rescue Squad, 113 South Ave., Castalia, or One's favorite charity.
